Shipping

• All orders are shipped from New York City.
• Our perishable truffles are shipped via Fedex Standard Overnight (delivery by 3pm the next day).
• Our preserved products are shipped via Fedex Ground. Fedex 2nd day and Fedex third day are available for an additional charge.
• Alaska and Hawaii customers are eligible for express delivery only.
• We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes… Sorry!

• Orders placed by 12pm EST from Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day. We are unable to ship perishables on Friday unless Saturday delivery is specified. Saturday delivery is an option with an extra cost. E-Mail us your Saturday delivery request at sales@gourmetattitude.com or call us at 212 663 1683.

Handling

• Our fresh truffles are hand brushed only. We carefully pack them with re-usable ice packs in insulated styrofoam coolers marked perishable.
• Our frozen truffle are vacuumed sealed and packed with dry ice in insulated styrofoam coolers marked perishable.
