Truffle Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 40g black truffles
  • black truffle oil
  • 1kg potatoes
  • 100g butter
  • salt, pepper

Chop truffles into tiny cubes. Boil the peeled potatoes in salted water until soft. Drain them, mash them, add salt, butter and the chopped black truffles with a few drops of black truffle oil. Serve immediately as either a side dish or a main dish.
