truffle brioche

Ingredients:

  • 6 brioches
  • 50g butter
  • 40g of black truffles
  • 2 eggs
  • salt, pepper

Cut truffles into slices. Mix sliced truffles with two eggs. Refrigerate for 12 hours.

Remove inside of brioches, mix it with above truffle preparation, fill brioches with this mélange, add butter. Put cap back on brioches. Cook for 8 minutes in high heat oven.
