white truffle tagliatelle

Ingredients:

  • 240g tagliatelle
  • 125g crème fraiche
  • 80g butter
  • Grated parmesan cheese
  • White truffle oil
  • 40g fresh white truffles
  • Salt and pepper

Gently heat butter in a frying pan, add crème fraiche and season to taste.

Cook tagliatelle until al dente, drain and then pour sauce on top. Shred truffles over it and add a few drops of white truffle oil. Serve with grated parmesan cheese.
