truffle omelette
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 10g black truffles per person
- salt and pepper
Place unwashed truffles in airtight container with eggs.
Three days later, rinse truffles thoroughly in a steady stream of water while gently brushing them.
Beat eggs in mixing bowl. Thinly slice truffles and add them to mixture. Season to taste.
Cook omelette evenly. Do not let it dry out.
